The hatch features 70cm square permanent / fixed ventilation. Featuring opaque lid to allow extra light. The roof cut out required is 280 x 280mm. The fan is a 2-way fan, which means it can be used to either extract steam from the bathroom or suck in the fresh air from the outside. The fly wire screen is easily removed for cleaning.
